(BOSTON) September 8, 1999 Scientek Inc. is launched as a Life Sciences portal focused on careers for
science professionals. Scientek takes an innovative approach to scientific
staffing and consulting. Through its network model of recruiting. This
model is designed as a peer-to-peer, allied network of recruiters in
various areas of life science recruiting.
“It’s really just a network of independent recruiters in
the life sciences” explains Eric Celidonio, President of Scientek,
Inc. “The goal is to offer reasonable fees to our clients yet not
sacrifice top quality service.”
Scientek has two distinct divisions:
1)
Staffing services in the form of permanent, contingency
placement
2)
Consulting Facilitation Services or CFS, a direct referral
service for Consultants in the life science industry.
